Understanding the psychology of happiness may help you to be happy. You can become happy when you pursue the things that you really need. Sometime you might not understand that you’re happy or not, then maybe you are having booming psychological problem. Don’t be worried, it may happens to all of us. Set goals in terms of relationships, health, and career. Are you merely living life with no sense of direction? Give your being something toaspire to, you’d be surprised at what you can achieve.

Stop thinking about what you don’t have. I’m guilty of this more often than I would like to admit. And you know what? When I ever I think about what I don’t have I’m miserable. Lack of Meditation
Sleeping doesn’t count. For when your sleeping your subconscious is too busythinking about the job you hate, your crappy diet, how you have no goals or no mission, how you have unfulfilling relationships, how your living some one elses dream, and how you might fail. Daily mediation allowsyour true purpose to emerge.
Take a deep breath. Let go. Relax. Live in the moment. Be happy for once. That is our natures natural state you know.
