Every day is precious to us; every decision makes massive changes in our life. In the same way, every single wasted time and wasted energy, create a fence for a successful life.
Our every moment is important, it might seem that taking a nap for a while or watching a TV is not a big deal in the long run, but it makes huge changes in our overall life, but unfortunately, we don’t see it.
Little changes in our daily habits would be a game changer. Let me start by asking you a simple question when you wake up in the morning? What time is your fixed time?
Anything that is worthwhile to notice is a result of discipline and some set of rules and priorities. So what’s your priority about the morning habits? How do you consider yourself in a rating of 1 to 10?
Let us explore the morning practices that leads to happiness through this article
Wake up Early: Consider wakening up early; start your day before everyone else. Early rising is not only good for your health, but also a good way to boost your productive lifestyle. As most of us complain these days that we don’t have extra time to invest in ourselves; waking up early makes it easier. However, those who are late night owls; it would be tough. Sleeping is equally important for being healthy. 7 to 8 hours of sleep is a must for getting into shape. So, if you are targeting to wake up at 4 O’clock or 5 O’clock set your timer to that level.
Quick tip: Use two alarm clocks; one beside the bed and another away from the bed and maintain a 5-minute gap between them.
Meditate For a While: Most of us are already know that meditation can bring a lot of benefits with it. However, we don’t include it into our daily routine. It is not necessary to meditate for an hour-long every day; as it becomes hard for anyone to maintain it. Consider meditating for at least 15 minutes a day, if you find it hard to adopt in the beginning start by doing it for 5 minutes a day. I had written an article on this topic how to start a mindfulness meditation challenge; where I had include a meditation routine as well.
Quick Tip: Do not expect that in a week or a month of meditation will change everything. Keep patience you will get the result.
Run Few Miles: Morning hours are the best times when the weather remains fresh and energized. Even a half hour walk can make a huge difference in your daily perspective. It could be your best friend for losing some unwanted calories and getting back to your original shape.
Benefits of Running:

- Better Immune System
- Increase Self Confidence
- Control Your Weight

- And Show Offs
Quick Tip: Meditation, jogging or running would be done easily at the same time. Select a corner in a playground and start your breathing and meditation for 15 minutes. It’s straightforward and fun. However, while you are running don’t forget to use better sports shoes.
Pick Green Tea: Instead of coffee or regular tea pick the green tea. Green tea is way better for our health. It has been there for years and years and shown some incredible results. For those who love to drink tea; green tea would be a heavenly choice for them as it comes with so many health benefits. Drink green tea in the morning.

Plan Your Day: As Abraham Lincoln said, Give me six hours to chop down a tree and I will spend the first four sharpening the axe. Planning is essential in our day; as I said in my earlier articles too. Make a plan on the night what you want to accomplish in the next day, so that you don’t lose your precious times in the morning hours. Pick the hardest task first. As morning hours are the most productive times. However, if you have one task a day, that’s enough if, it’s worthwhile for the future.
Never Miss Your Breakfast: Somewhere most people think that skipping their breakfast would be healthy as they are taking less food that means fewer calories, but it’s a myth skipping your breakfast is unhealthy and can lead you to fatigue. Regular breakfast helps you to maintain your blood sugar level and reduce the urge for food all the day long.
Set an Example: This is the last but not the least. Setting an example for the family, instead of giving advice to your kids or your family members if you follow those rules by yourself chances are very high that your family will follow those too. And ultimately healthy habits will lead your family to the happiness.
